Pricing
I offer both individual sessions and group-based support, depending on what feels most helpful for you at any point in your journey. I generally recommend booking a series of sessions to make steady progress together. While three sessions can be helpful, five or more often brings even more effective results. Healing is a process, and having the time to explore it more fully can make all the difference.
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions provide one-on-one support where we can dive deep into your goals, challenges, and personal growth at your own pace.
My Zoom sessions are typically scheduled for 60 minutes. While my goal is to wrap up as the hour ends, I always leave a bit of extra time (5 to 15 minutes) if needed to complete our work. This flexibility ensures that we don’t feel rushed, allowing us to focus on what’s important.
I offer session packages that provide savings, but if you’d prefer a custom package tailored to your needs, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to work with you to create a plan that works best for you.
Individual Session Fees
• One 60-minute Zoom or phone session: $120
• Three-Session Package: $320 (save $40)
• Five-Session Package: $500 (save $100)
Group Sessions
Group sessions offer a supportive and cost-effective way to heal in community. You’ll have the chance to learn, share, and grow alongside others navigating similar experiences, all while still honoring your unique needs.
Group Session Fees:
• “Resilient Spirits” Group Session (75 minutes): $40 per session
Payment Options:
I accept payment via check, Zelle or PayPal. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the session.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Are your sessions in-person or virtual?
All of my sessions are virtual and take place over Zoom.
What if I’m not sure after the first session whether I want to purchase a package?
No problem! You can pay for the first session individually, and if you decide to continue with a package, we’ll apply what you’ve already paid toward the package. You’ll still receive the discount.
What if I book a package at my first session and then decide not to continue?
If you change your mind within the first 30 days, I’ll refund the remainder of the package. The first session will be charged as an individual session, and the balance will be refunded. After 30 days, I no longer offer refunds. However, you can transfer your package to someone else, provided we both agree it’s a good arrangement. I’m always happy to discuss any refund requests, and you’ll always be treated fairly and respectfully.
Do you accept insurance?
Unfortunately, I no longer accept insurance. While I am a licensed therapist, as a Pain Resilience Coach, I’m not covered under insurance, whether in or out of network. That said, some clients have successfully used their Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to pay by check or card.
How do we continue after the first package of sessions?
Many clients choose to book another package after completing the first one, as regular sessions often lead to meaningful progress over time. We can rebook the same package or discuss your current needs and create a custom package with similar or greater savings. If you prefer, you can continue with individual sessions, but please note that discounts are only available with the packages.
