Do you experience chronic pain?
Chronic pain is persistent physical pain or discomfort that lasts longer than 3 to 6 months and is often caused by a number of stressors. Chronic pain can be constant or come and go, and it may affect any part of the body. Chronic pain is rarely just about physical injury or structural problems. Often, it's shaped and sustained by emotional stress, unresolved life experiences, and the body’s response to ongoing pressure.

Living with chronic pain can be overwhelming - physically, emotionally, and mentally. It doesn’t just affect your body; it impacts every part of your life. Maybe you’ve tried to push through, hoping it would fade. Maybe you’ve seen doctors, tried treatments, and still feel like you’re getting nowhere. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone:
-
You worry that things will never get better
-
The activities you once loved now feel out of reach
-
Stress and anxiety have become a constant companion
-
It feels like you're trapped in a loop of pain and uncertainty
-
You're unsure how to break free from this pattern
Now’s the time to pause, reflect, and begin understanding your pain.
I'm here to guide you through it.
My name is Wendy Blair and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in New York State and a trained specialist in managing chronic pain. My mind-body coaching approach helps uncover and gently address the emotional patterns beneath the pain—stress, fear, perfectionism, or past trauma—that keep the nervous system on high alert.
Through personalized mind-body techniques, self-reflection, and self-compassion, you’ll learn to calm these internal signals and foster resilience. When emotional healing is integrated into the process, pain relief becomes not only possible—but sustainable.
This work can restore a greater sense of physical ease, emotional clarity, and control over your healing journey.

Work with your pain through professional resilience coaching

Don't turn your head.
Keep looking at the bandaged place.
