My Pain Resilience Coaching
Wendy helps New York women in midlife and beyond navigate chronic pain with greater confidence, resilience, and self-trust. Through personalized mind-body coaching, compassionate support, and practical tools, we'll explore the connections between pain, emotions, and the nervous system—helping you better understand your body and respond to its needs.
My approach combines mind-body techniques and pain education to help you move beyond the cycle of pushing through pain or holding back out of fear. Together, we'll work toward a healthier balance between activity and rest, so you can stay engaged in the life you love.
Mind-Body Approach
Through gentle mind-body practices and emotional awareness, you'll explore how stress, fear, and past experiences influence pain, while developing greater self-compassion, resilience, and trust in your body.
Pain Education
Understanding how chronic pain and the nervous system work can help reduce fear and uncertainty. You'll gain practical knowledge to make more confident decisions about movement, activity, and rest.
